As a quiet planned community nestled in Huntington Beach’s downtown area, Beachwalk represents a premium tranquility experience located between 17th Street and Goldenwest, within easy walking distance of the beach. Beyond the rows of beautiful homes boasting space both inside and outside of the property is one of the best locations downtown, as nearly everything is located within a half-a-mile or so to the sand with easy access to shopping, dining and popular Seacliff Plaza. Plus, attractions such as Main Street and the famous Huntington Beach Pier are only a short walk or bike ride away. The closest restaurant to the community remains Fiesta Grill, a casual sit-down eatery offering Mexican fare that has been favorably reviewed, but once you head to Main Street, a plethora of local restaurants are available for sampling, including 25 Degrees, Duke’s Huntington Beach, Fred’s Mexican, Jan’s Health Bar and Sancho’s Tacos. There is also a Starbucks conveniently located nearby to satisfy all intense java cravings.

Outdoors types certainly will find lots to do in and around Beachwalk, what with the neighborhood’s seven-block proximity to Huntington State Beach Park, named the United States’ best beach by Times Magazine; it’s here that sun enthusiasts can slip on that form-fitting bikini, slap on some suntan lotion and catch some rays from the rich and golden California sun, take a dip in the majestic Pacific Ocean, sit on the dock to catch some local fish or tackle the famous Huntington State Beach waves on their surfboards.

Those in the mood for biking, packing a picnic lunch and reveling in the great outdoors can head down to Newport Beach on the Huntington Beach Bike Trail, where stunning beach views complement every trip.
