A seven-member Board serving two-year staggered terms governs the Association; many active committees whose members are thanked each year at a recognition dinner assist the Board. These committees include Architectural, Election, Disaster Preparedness, Finance, Hearing, Insurance, Landscape, Maintenance, Painting, Property Protection, Recreation, Suggestion, Vehicle Storage Area (RV) and Welcome, along with other Ad-Hoc Committees.

The Huntington Landmark community is gated at both the Atlanta and Indianapolis entrances, with the Atlanta gate staffed 24-hours-a-day with accessible control officers. In addition, the community employs a daily roving patrol officer who assists with varied duties. A monthly assessment of $465 (dues) includes water, trash, earthquake and flood insurance as well as common area maintenance and landscaping. If over 65, this is one of the hottest areas in all HB.
